Múinteoir na Gaeilge
Mater Dei Academy is currently seeking a full-time Irish teacher. The successful candidate will be fully committed to the mission and ethos of the Academy. Experience in the TEG and/or Irish Leaving Certificate programmes is desirable although not essential. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Irish. While experience in second-level education is desirable, it is not essential and candidates from alternative who can demonstrate teaching competency are encouraged to apply.

English Teacher
Mater Dei Academy is currently seeking a full-time English literature and grammar teacher for the academic year 2025/26. The successful candidate will be fully committed to the mission and ethos of the Academy. Experience in the Hake Grammar & Writing programme or similar is highly desirable although not essential. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in English, philosophy or a related field. While experience in second-level education is desirable, it is not essential. Candidates from a classical education background are encouraged to apply.

Mathematics Teacher
Mater Dei Academy is seeking a full time (39 hours per week) Mathematics teacher. The Academy provides classical education to boys and girls aged 12-19. The Academy is located on 17 Eason's Hill, Cork, Ireland. Essential requirements for this post are a suitable degree in mathematics, science or engineering with a minimum of three years classroom experience of teaching.
